Hey ning, just marinate it with soy sauce one day before, then when you wanna eat, put inside the oven and bake la... easy and the taste also not bad... can also put some pepper and ginger...

When in US last time, i did bought chicken thigh almost every week, because it is much more cheaper... normally i will take out the bone, hehe... if the whole drumstick, hard to cook ma.

The frequent way i cook is take out the bone and cut it into cube, then marinate with soy sauce and sugar, so that it will taste a bit sweet, then just stir fry it lo... i used teriyaki soy sauce, so it taste quite nice.

Hehe... Lazy people will find easy way to cook, like me lo...

Wah, ning you still have time cook your dishes... when i go back this weekend, i also want to buy some chip potato, ginger, and red bean back to hostel cook as our lunch and dinner.. because some time we dunno wanna eat what, all the food in cafe already boring because everyday they cook same food, so we decide want to cook by myself.. another reason is we lazy go down buy food when we didnt have class and the cafe far away from my room..haha...

tell you all a something, mum want buy a external hard disk to save movie...she want around 80G to 160G.. any suggestion?

My Recipe!

This is something i cooked today! Dun judge it by it's appearance, it tasted great!
OK i will explain what it actually is. The vege is obviously cabbage+carrot. A quarter cabbage can last a week i would say. Wakakakaka damn jimat. Dang Dang Dang Dang the main course is of course the pork! I bought 2 pieces of it at 2.40AUD! Wanna know how i cooked it? Well *ehem* firstly i marinated it with some curry powder, then before i fried it i dipped it with egg. Brilliant le??I just simply create it myself and it turned out fine. I would not say great as it was a bit overcooked. And then i just fry the remaining egg. The whole process only took me 20 minutes.

I am gonna cook chicken leg wednesday. Any recipe? I have soy sauce, tomyam paste, pepper and of course the curry powder.

*my mistake, it's 100 times, not 300. If it is 300 i will go and apply job as fire rescue~wakakakaka

Oh, then means that fire alarm will rang almost everyday lo.... Hahaha...

I also got sth to share....
When i was in US, same thing happened. The fire alarm will rang a few times in one month. The cause most probably would be somebody overcooked la, smoking in the room la, or may be they burn sth inside their unit...

For the first few time, i am quite scared la, fire alarm rang and all the residences evacuate, but nobody bring along anything one... i was thinking if there was fire, then must bring along sth when evacuate ma, but i found out that all ppl just walk down to the apartment, and very relaxing le... Most of the time KS was at office. For the first time, i walked down lo, the fire engine arrived in just a few minutes after the alarm start. Then after that, i just stayed inside the apartment every time the alarm rang... hehe... Got experience liao ma.

There was one time the firemen could not find out the cause, so the alarm rang for quite long time. I still remember that day actually i was having my dinner. Me and KS were in the dilemma whether want to go down or not... Haha... But anyhow at last we went down also.

So basically i think their apartment is very 'well equip', and the firemen are also very 'efficient'.
And we also very busy one, cause need to 'evacuate' quite frequent... Hahaha...

And speaking about fire, i have a little story to share as well..
Last few days there was a false fire alarm in my place. The alarm rang and everyone evacuate the building. After 1 min ( efficient-nya ) the fire rescue came. It turned out to be someone overcook something and set up the fire alarm. Actually on the first day i arrived the senior that picked me up at the airport told me that there were approximately 300 fire alarm in my place lasy year. False alarm. Interesting right??
I have nothing to do except studying here.. pathetic..

Try to sleep earlier and wake up earlier la... Must eat more fruits le, or else if u fall sick, then may affect your performance during test.

Luckily nobody at that room when it burned. i think you may also plug off your laptop power when not in use, in case short-circuit, hehe... :)

i have online last few days,but just a while because update my antivirus,and i always online at the midnight so you all cant meet me..today finish 1 wmidterm exam paper,i am very happy because some of the question come out from exercise and i can score it..haha.. still hv 1 midterm and 1 quiz for next week..

tell you a horror incident, last week, my hostel happen a horror incident, one of the indian's room suddenly burn and detonate and at the same time nobody at room.. very important thing is that room very near my room.. all of us feel scared and worry until now... we hear other ppl said the cause of burning is they burn the joss-stick then after that they go out ,they put the joss-stick beside the kettle and the kettle exploded because they didnt switch off the electrical..

after this incident happened, i and my rommate very scare because some time we also didnt switch off the electric..start from now,when we want go out or when we go to sleep at night,we will double check to make sure all the plug switch off..very funny leh..

i will go bk parit buntar on 5th march because have few days holiday ...

oklah, i want go to sleep liao.. i will try to write blog every day if i free lah..haha..

Hey... I blog again !!!

Its been long time ago since i last blog at here...

My sisters now grows up dy, all study at u dy, become independent, become more mature...

What does that means? I become older and older lo... What to do? Must accept that i am not young, am already mum to a child... Hehe...

I think this would be one more big changes through out my life, sisters are all 'adults' dy, seems like i have less responsibility on them, anyhow my responsibilities now is my lovely baby... :)

One more things that remind me on my age is the wrinkles which keep appear beneath my eye and the scary 'white hair' !!!

Recently i had a training class. There were a group of fresh graduated participants. When i talked to them, i was quite shocked on their behavior, their spoken language, i think they were the so called 'new generation' / gen'Y. I realized that i am not their peers anymore, i think they are actually reflection of me when i was their age. Suddenly, one thing came across my mind: It will be nice if i am still at their age, somehow, time flies, what i can do is live my life now !!!

So just hope that you both will do well in your study life...

guys i am fine here.. The wheather is getting hot again.. ANd i have bought a lot of foods to cook.. Classes start next week..
